How do you insert a pciture (logo) onto a name tag template in word?

I am vexing to add a logo to the top of a template for avery 5395 name badges. i go to letters and mailings - labels - and copy the logo into there, but it keeps appearing in the halfway of the name tag instead of at the top.

Either photocopy and past the picture in from another document and resize it or go to the insert embodiment feature under "insert" and choose the order you want to insert. Don't forget to resize for the type of labels you will use for your name
