How to clean a Parker pen that has ink inside the pen?

Ok.
I bought a parker pen and i have been using it for 1 year. THe ink starts leaking and the whole basically of the pen is full of ink.
What type of detergent/alcohol do i need to use?
Please list the method and equipments
