when i start up my new laptop using Windows 7, sticky notes pops up and says it has to terminate, why?!?

when i started up my new approach laptop, sticky notes automaticaly pops up then says it has to terminate because its contest in an unusual way. its so annoying!

Hi all,
I started due to a module easy to understand that attract sticky notes for Drupal.
It depends on the variety of alpha Popups API and is maturing previously. This is my first module, I want to allot to the community. But since I just started, I'd be tickled to have a few comments anent usability and functionality.
