I accidentally saw my boss sniffing my chair. Is it sexual harassment?

I returned to get something from my post after I left for the day and found my boss face down in my chair seat. I didn't say anything and left but I was patently freaked out! I am looking for a new job but could this be considered sexual harrassment?
Your boss seems to be a flirty and off-the-wall old man. Well, I would advise you sure to get a new job.
Today he was sniffing your chair. Who knows! Tommorow he may affect untoward advances towards you.

Hi, I work in a primary task / process and had a comfortable chair, but old. 3 months ago, they changed all my equipment and the new president is the sentence, but my back is bad, really bad. (I'm an Irish Colleen incredible). I tried to adapt or absorb, nothing works. I need to go back to my chair hostile old who has more support for my back, but do not know how to report my boss (very poor).
