Why do people cast negative shade? How do you best deal with them?

It seems like I personification these questions alot, for those that know me and read my questions, but very it's about different experiences each time. For those that don't know me,..the majority...I guesstimate this would be totally new :-D.
well perchance our problems are in some way similar..for me being a minority in a predominantly white neighborhood..sometimes i run into a few racists and principally i just ignore them.they are the people who everytime they see you they make a significance
