What is the difference between a low-back and high-back bucket seat?

I am shopping for behind covers for my 2000 Galant. Some vendors need to be aware if my car has low or high-back front seats. What is the difference? Does anyone know what archetype of front seats a 2000 Galant would have?
Your 2000 Galant is considered a Low Back. Weighty Backs aren't offered for that particular year insinuate and model.
A High Back is where the top portion of the seat is all one piece (with no adjustable headrests). Mostly a Low Back
