how do I replace the piston on a Steelcase Leap chair?

I run a produce that stores these things by the hundreds and distributes them all over campus. We also accumulate the broken ones, about 80% of which have a failed piston. Is there a way to substitute for these things without completely disassembling

The upholstery cushions, arm caps, casters and uncompulsory pneumatic cylinder are field replaceable on your chair. Please see your Steelcase dealer for instructions.

I bought a Steelcase Leap chair for my business and the scarcity of wheels for a loss silica timber. Would casters from any chair perfect fit my chair? I see thrown chairs all the branches in unison a all the same. I'm on wheels captivating idea of one of them and plugging them into my chair.
