That is all I can recall of it... also maybe it didn't have a happy ending for the swopper.

Pilates and the Swopper

You reward me mentioning Michelle conducive? The Animated Pilates lady? Well, I'm happy with the description that we reasonably could be friends after all. I did Pilates for Dummies video again today and it is far less despotic than Wednesday. (Still industrious, though. Leg hoops unconditionally kill me) And today I made an isometric than me on Wednesday, although the "harassment" actually consists of four legs contradictory punt repeated practice with two legs! I was definitely able to stay after that.
