Could anyone give me with informaton to find out if industrial use paper shredders around me could be aggravating hay fever and asthma. Every morning I have symptoms of congestion and wheezing, all things considered sneezing. Is this part of hay fever?

Yes, an industrial shredder will cast a great deal of dust. That is why they are installed with a dust collection system. We also sprayed our paper with water to restrict the dust created.
