My Office Max paper shredder model OM96143 will run in reverse but not on auto, due to paper jamming.?

What Is the safest way to get all the paper out? I've tried sustained it in just reverse to get the all paper out but that's not working either. And I can get some of the paper with my fingers but not all.I looked up in the instructions but it says nothing
