i scarcely bought my paper shredder last year and i have only used it 3xs now it wont work at all.if i put it in reverse i can hear the motor then if i put it on to snippet the motor will stop. can anyone help me
You either have a stripped motor spindle or a stripped get-up-and-go gear. This is likely the result of a really bad jam. Not that it really matters, but if the shredder sounds unusually snazzy in reverse then it's the spindle. You can make a warranty
